At all of our locations, pick-up and drop-off times are as follows:

If you absolutely need to request an exception to our scheduled pick up or drop off times, please arrange that ahead of time, and note that we charge a $25 fee in that event.

We are often asked why we don’t have an end of day or evening drop off time. The reason is that we know from experience, that dogs really need the day at camp to settle in, and to tire out.

That way they are at ease when it comes to bed time, and will have a good night’s sleep.

We are also often asked why we are ‘so strict’ about our pick up and drop off times.

And our answer is…

…All of the structure that we have in place, like our cleaning procedures, client service standards, staffing requirements, and much more, all combine to ensure that we can provide the very best care for your dogs.  Our staff members know that outside of our pick up and drop off times, they are free to care for and enjoy their time with the dogs at camp.  Interruptions and unexpected client arrivals or departures disrupt our routine and compromise our ability to ensure the safety of the dogs in our care.

Also, we  schedule our staff in advance, and the number of staff members scheduled is based on the number of dogs booked into  camp.  For that reason, our policy (as stated on our camp forms) is to charge for a full booking, even if you choose to pick up at an earlier time or day.
