Dogs at Camp is now in it's 6th year of business,
and growing steadily!
As we are working on future camp locations, we're looking for ideal candidates who would like to consider such franchise operations.
If you get excited about dogs, about the thought of a life-style change, and about owning your own business, then we want to hear from you!

About the franchise:
The Dogs at Camp franchise combines the benefits of rural living with business ownership, while participating in the Pet Care industry, which is one of the fastest growing markets in North America.
Dogs at Camp has developed a proprietary operations system which relies on written and proven processes in order to provide safe and effective care for dogs, while ensuring a client experience second to none in the business.
The Dogs at Camp franchised operation is typically based on at least 25 acres in a rural/semi-rural setting that includes a house for the owner, a separate facility to house the overnight guests, their supplies and an office. There is a 1.5-2 acre fenced in area for the dogs and a range of property features including a pond, forested areas and trails that are all part of the camp environment. These features are available to the owner as well, and because it is a business, the tax reduction implications are significant.
This result is a highly profitable business that is perfect for an individual or a family who is seeking to bring together their interest in animals, life in a rural setting, and owning a property with the potential for significant appreciation in its value over time.
It’s a Growth Market
The market for dog boarding is growing dramatically. In the US alone 40% of households have at least one dog accounting for 73 million dogs. They will spend almost $3 billion in 2007 on grooming and boarding alone an increase of $200 million over 2006.
30 percent of Canada’s 11.5 million households have a dog creating a potential market of at least 4 million dogs.
